There are two ways of living, under two sources of power.  One is the way of light, the other the way of darkness.  The first way is lit by the angels of God; the second is overshadowed by the angels of Satan.

The way of light is not easy.  The pilgrim along this road will find his journey home is a hard and long one.  But to help him on his way the Lord has set many lights and many signposts.

The lights are the love of the Creator who made him, the power of the Lord of the earth, the glory of the Redeemer who conquered death.

The signposts are ways to follow: singleness of heart; richness of spirit; the rejection of hypocrisy and separation from those who are walking the way of death.

In short, the way of light is the way of God’s commandments.  Follow them, respect them, obey them and you will find it a path on which none need stumble, and which finally leads men home.
